Ray Charles

He was added to the legendary singer, pianist and composer and who shaped the sound of rhythm and blues.
He attended school at the St. Augustine School for the Deaf and the Blind in St. Augustine, learned how to write music and play various musical instruments. During his career and life he met with huge successes and also during the period which wasn’t inclined towards the blacks. In 1979 in Georgia was his version of the song Georgia in My Mind accepted as a national anthem.
Frank Sinatra called him "the only true genius in the business" and in 2004, Rolling Stone Magazine ranked Charles on their list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
